Wider Opportunities at Highbury Fields School
Music doesn't just take place in the classroom - it is an activity than can be enjoyed both as an active participant or as a listener. Whichever you choose, our further curricular opportunities give you the chance to develop as a musician.
Not only are their activities available each day, we also offer a range of performances and masterclasses throughout the year. Full details can be found in the Box Office at the top of the page.
Choir for All
From Year 7 to Y13, this choir is open to all - singing a range of material from modern classics, to traditional songs, as well as requests from the students.

Session Orchestra
Like an orchestra, but different. No matter what instrument you play, flute, sax, cello or a singer, you have a place in the group whatever standard you are. Playing Pop, jazz funk to name but a few styles of music.
*Please note, the rhythm section is by audition only
Musical Theatre Club
If you love musical theatre then this is the place for you. Performing a range of material from the best West End and Broadway shows in preparation for the school showcase and shows taking place each year.
No audition required - come and get involved!
